• 10 National Championship appearances – winning singles gold in 1956, men’s team gold in 1955, 1961,1962, 1964, 1966, mixed team gold in 1967, men’s team silver in 1979, and mixed team silver in 1959
• From 1955 – 1983 he held a lifetime average of 265 which includes 10+ years when scoring included the counter pin.
• He had high scores of 448 (3x), 1109 triple and 1646 five game totals
• He was the first male bowler inducted into the Manitoba Sports Hall of fame
• Owned & managed Windsor lanes in Winnipeg for more than 30 years
• Named one of the top 100 bowlers (century of excellence)
He is one of the most respected and loved people in the sport.
